Not often.  But it does happen once in a while — and certainly there’s been a bunch since Jennifer Aniston back in Season 3’s “Rainforest Schmainforest”. The most recent celebrity voice was actually from this past season (Season 16), when Brad Paisley helped Cartman in his very-gay duet in “Cartman Finds Love.” Other notable cameos would be: - Bill Hader as a farmer in “You’re Getting Old”, Season 15 -  Peter Serafinowicz as Darth Chef in “The Return of Chef”, Season 10 - Norman Lear as Ben Franklin in “I’m A Little Bit Country”, Season 7 - Radiohead as themselves in “Scott Tenorman Must Die”, Season 5 - Cheech and Chong as Carlos Ramirez and Chief Running Pinto in “Cherokee Hair Tampons”, Season 4
